Considering that the Warriors have been one of the worst franchises in the last two decades, very few expected the team from the Bay Area to start this year's NBA campaign with four wins in five games. However, Golden State played exciting up-tempo basketball while increasing their defensive pressure considerably. Likewise, David Lee looked like a great addition and helped the Warriors to dominate the glass as he averaged 12.2 points, 12.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest so far. Furthermore, sophomore guard Stephen Curry has been phenomenal as he put up no less than 20.3 points, 7.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game. Albeit it remains to be seen whether the Warriors will be able to keep up their high level of play all season long, they can certainly be considered favorites to defeat the Knicks on Wednesday night.
