While Zach Randolph is finally back on the floor, he did not have the impact the Grizzlies were hoping for as they experienced a 106-91 home loss versus the Dallas Mavericks earlier this week. Thus, the Memphis Grizzlies will try to find their rhythm when they meet Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic on Tuesday at midnight GMT.

Even though the Magic are holding on to the second best record in the Eastern Conference, coach Stan van Gundy is not very content with the way his team has been playing so far. More specifically, Orlando struggled to compete with other contenders as they experienced a blowout loss versus the Miami Heat as well as a disappointing home defeat versus the Utah Jazz. Therefore, the Magic's 5-2 record is not all that impressive if one takes into account that the team around Dwight Howard started the season with a fairly easy schedule. Taking said issues into consideration, the Magic will most likely have to improve their efforts at both ends of the floor to stay on track when they meet the Grizzlies on Tuesday night.
