Coming off two straight losses versus the Memphis Grizzlies and Indiana Pacers, Miami has received a lot of criticism for failing to effectively use their individual talent to their advantage. Thus, LeBron James and the Miami Heat will try to play up to their potential when they visit the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday at 1:30 a.m. GMT.

Much like the Heat, the Mavs also failed to show the consistency their front-office was hoping for prior to this year’s NBA campaign. Nonetheless, Dallas is still in an excellent position as they posted a 9-4 record in the first month of regular season play. Especially franchise centerpiece Dirk Nowitzki has been playing impressively and put up 25.8 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 37 minutes per game. However, the Mavericks will most likely have to find a way to take some pressure off Nowitzki at the offensive end of the floor as he was often forced to single handedly carry the team in order to avoid a loss. Either way, basketball fans can look forward to a great game when two of the best teams square off against each other on Sunday night.
