After a coaching change at the end of January, Indiana has been playing much better basketball and climbed to the eight place in the Eastern Conference and is currently hanging on to a three game winning streak. After a slow start into this year’s NBA campaign, coach Erik Spoelstra’s squad dominated the Eastern Conference and posted an impressive 39-15 record. Similarly, the Heat  is one of the best defensive teams in the NBA as they are giving up just 94 points per contest. Offensively, All-Star LeBron James and Dwayne Wade have simply been outstanding as they combined for 51.4 points, 14.2 rebounds, 11.8 assists and 2.9 steals per game. Therefore, the Heat should be able to overcome the Pacers when the two teams square off against each other on Wednesday.
