Even though the Grizzlies are below the .500 mark after three weeks of play, Memphis has been playing solid basketball and did a good job of staying competitive despite injuries and some tough matchups. Given the fact that the Heat are arguably the best team on paper, the performance of LeBron James and company has certainly not been quite as dominant as expected. More specifically, Miami posted a 6-3 record to start the 2010-11 season and struggled to compete with other contenders as their two losses versus the Celtics indicate. Likewise, All-Star forward Chris Bosh has not been able to play up to his potential and put up just 14.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in 32 minutes per contest. Moreover, it remains to be seen to what extent the Heat’s lack of a serviceable point guard and dominant big man in the paint will become an issue down the stretch. Either way, the team around Dwayne Wade will be looking for another victory when they play the Grizzlies on Sunday.
